Is your mental health something that you take seriously? What are you doing to stay mental fit?
As long as we define ourselves in terms of our pains and our problems,
we will never be free from them. How do you define/ label yourself? Have
you created this on your own or have you allowed some part of society
to 'help' you?? Your life, your choice! What are you focused on? Become
aware of your energy in every moment and follow the energy that supports
what you want, and let that be your guide to get you there! Just as a sports, an athlete works with a coach to help them learn/ develop, practice and perform better so does someone that is serious about personal mental health.
