The Power of Authentic Gratitude
Focusing on gratitude helps us to see the positive truths of the days of our lives. When we focus on the gifts and opportunities through our spirit mind rather than the mindset of the ego that too often sees us as the victim of life, we are living with purpose and growing our authenticity.

The advantages of regularly practicing gratitude and revisiting the past through our memories allow us to see in new ways the gifts/truths that we have forgotten about or didn't even realize where there in those moments/experiences. When we do this authentically we are actually healing our emotional past. The practice of gratitude also supports mental and physical health and healing. For when we practice gratitude we set free/let go of the things that are toxic and non-supportive. Even
the naturally producing chemicals in our bodies change for our benefit,
like an increase of oxytocin and the reduction of cortisol.
The benefits of authentic gratitude are multiplied when we fully engage and grow these 3 key principles of Authenticity:
- LOVE = Compassion + Forgiveness
- LEAD = Courage + Vulnerability
- PLAY = Curiosity + Creativity
